Welcome to GOIS app. If you continue to browse or use our website/device application, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy, govern MetaOption LLC’s relationship with you in relation to this website/app.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements:
“Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the MetaOption LLC’s terms and conditions.
“The Company MetaOption LLC “, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us”, refers to our company MetaOption LLC.
“Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and MetaOption LLC, or either the Client or MetaOption LLC.
If you disagree with these terms of use or any part of these terms of use, you should not use our GOIS web/mobile application.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our GOIS web/mobile application. By using our GOIS web/mobile application and by agreeing to these terms of use, you warrant and represent that you are not less than 13 years of age.
Privacy Statement
MetaOption LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. Only authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. If you prefer not to receive emails, offers, and updates from Goods Order Inventory System or partner companies like MetaOption, please send us a note on
support@goodsorderinventory.com and we will add you to our Do Not Mail List. Once added to Do Not Mail List, you will not receive any future release or updates.
It is recommended to all users that- initially, please try our GOIS application/website free version to make sure it meets with your business requirements. Once you feel satisfied with it, only then you subscribe it with our paid version, by reading all terms and conditions and privacy policy.
Confidentiality
Any information concerning the Client and the respective Client records may be passed to third parties. However, Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, unless it is legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client records we keep. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Whenever appropriate, we shall issue Clients, with appropriate written information, hand-outs or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties. If required we may share the GOIS-data with government as per the laws and data protection rules.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mailing. Any email, sent by GOIS or MetaOption LLC, will be only in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
Disclaimer
Exclusions and Limitations:
The information on this GOIS web/mobile application is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetaOption LLC:
Exclude all liabilities for damages arising out or in connection with the use of GOIS website/device app. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised this company of the possibility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages.
Exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen.
We will not be liable to you in respect of any business losses, including (without limitation) loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities or goodwill.
We will not be liable to you in respect of any loss or corruption of any data, database or software. User must take proper backups for their data.
We will not be liable to you in respect of any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.
Payment
Payment Types — we process payments from all the major payment networks (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) through Authorize.net via Secure Socket Layer encryption and authentication. Customer will be charged automatically by the system, for their chosen subscription either from their credit card or form GOIS Account Balance, on the 1st of every calendar month until the cancellation/deactivation of subscription.
Cancel, Upgrade and Downgrade Policy
Customer can upgrade or downgrade or can cancel their account at any time by their own through GOIS website. User can download their data from GOIS account, within 30 days from the date of cancellation/deactivation of GOIS account, or can request to support person if unable to download the data. After that we, GOIS or MetaOption are not liable for User’s/Customer’s data, as it may be deleted automatically from the system after 30 days from the date of cancellation/deactivation of account. During upgrades, please make sure to review the final pricing available on the website. For any related query, please feel free to write to GOIS Support.
After the cancellation/deactivation of any Account/subscription, notification for instance, via email at
support@goodsorderinventory.com will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing.
Since activation of account is based on the prepaid subscription for a month, so subscription charges will be applicable for the complete month (except for trial package). Customer can change their package or cancel their subscription at any point of time, but, there will be no cash back or any direct/indirect cash refund applicable with the credit cards account for any unused services from previously subscribed package.
However, in case of upgrading or downgrading current packages, customer’s GOIS Account Balance may or may not be affected for any refunds (if applicable) which can be used for future subscription payments of GOIS account (if sufficient).
However in case of upgrading or degrading the current packages, customer’s GOIS Projected Available
Account Balance may or may not be affected for any refunds (if applicable) which can be used for future
subscription payments of GOIS account (if sufficient).
From the date of deactivation/cancellation of GOIS subscription/account, Customer’s credit card will not be
charged for any further payments.
MetaOption reserves the right to keep the data of customer for the next 90 days from date of cancellation/deactivation of account.
Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
All, the Client, GOIS and MetaOption LLC, have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered to the users/customers, where a service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any amount of money that has been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused services shall not be refunded in any circumstances
There shall be no any refund applicable for any unused services or unexpired subscription/package on termination/deactivation of GOIS account ‘before’ or ‘in between a month’ or ‘on’ and ‘after the 1st’ of calendar month, i.e. whose payment has been processed as per the GOIS rule (1st of every calendar month), as all services of GOIS are based on prepaid payment subscription.
Customer’s subscription will automatically be renewed on 1st day of every calendar month either from their credit card account or from the GOIS Projected Available Account Balance (if applicable) only by the system, until deactivation/unsubscription/termination of your GOIS account.
Availability
The GOIS Pro is currently available on Google Play Store for Android and Apple’s App Store for iPhone and iPad. You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs and text available through this GOIS web/mobile application. Sometimes, we might run through some advertisements and promotional emails in free version. However, there will not be any advertisements and promotional emails in paid version, but all the time/in any case user has the liability to go or not to choose or show interest on such links.
Redistribution or republication of any part of this GOIS site or its content is prohibited. Although, it is provided to the best ability, the Company does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free.
Licence to use website
Unless otherwise stated, MetaOption LLC or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the GOIS web/mobile application and material on the GOIS web/mobile application. Subject to the licence below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.
Acceptable use
You must not:
You must not use GOIS application or our website in a way that causes, or may cause, damage to the web/mobile application or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website/application; or in a way, which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
You must not use our GOIS web/mobile application to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material, which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software.
You must not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including, without limitation, scraping, data mining, data extraction and data harvesting) on or in relation to our web/mobile application without our express written consent.
You must not use our GOIS web/mobile application to transmit or send unsolicited commercial communications.
You must not use our GOIS web/mobile application for any purposes related to marketing without our express written consent.
- a. Republish material from this GOIS web/mobile application (including republication on another website);
- b. Sell, rent or sub-license material from the GOIS web/mobile application;
- c. Show any material from the GOIS web/mobile application in public;
- d. Reproduce, Duplicate, Copy or otherwise exploit material on our GOIS web/mobile application for a commercial purpose.
- e. Edit or otherwise modify any material on the GOIS web/mobile application; or
- f. Redistribute material from this GOIS web/mobile application.
Restricted access
Access to certain areas of our GOIS web/mobile application is restricted. We reserve the right to restrict access to other areas of our web/mobile application, or indeed our whole web/mobile application, at our discretion.
If [we provide you with / you generate] a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of our web/mobile application or other content or services, you must ensure that the password is kept confidential.
You must notify us, in writing, immediately, if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or password.
You are responsible for any activity on our web/mobile application arising out of any failure to keeping your password confidential and may be held liable for any losses arising out of such a failure.

MetaOption’s GOIS web/mobile application, online services, interactive applications, email messages, and advertisements may use cookies. These technologies help us better understand user behaviour, tell us which parts of our website people have visited, and facilitate and measure the effectiveness of web searches. We treat information collected by cookies and other technologies as non-personal information. However, to the extent that Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or similar identifiers are considered personal information by local law, we also treat these identifiers as personal information.
