• New Features in Current Version:

  • New feature to import csv file of product list in product section:

    • Now, multiple products can be added in one go using a csv file.
      The csv file should be in the format as specified in the sample csv file.

  • New feature to import previously used database on more section:

    • Now, the GOIS database can be imported from web server. A download key which is provided in the email to the user is verified and if it is valid for the date then the database can be imported.

    • Now showing total cost of available stock in Inventory OnHand.

    • All mail contains the Grand total price of products.

    • Total Purchase price and sale price is in according to the Purchase Price and Sell price at the time of adding inventory after fulfillment of order.

    • Filtering and sorting of Inventory .

    • Sorting of inventory after filtering is done to the filtered inventory list.

    • Now GOIS is compatible with iPad with new user interface which will fit within iPad and iPhone properly.

  • Inventory Out Screen:

    • Fixed the Sale Price issue.

    • Previously we had the search functionality by Product Name. But now you can search the list by SKU No additionally.

    • Sorting issue with case sensitive data is fixed.

    • Sorting after filtering with date range issue is fixed.

    • Mailing feature is upgraded to mail sorted and filtered list.

    • Bugs in the filter, sorting and in some other sections has been fixed.

• Go As Guest:

  Now any user can access this application as a guest user without registration. In this process system generates a unique Email ID for guest user which can be changed in "User Profile". Note: If you are registered as a guest user, then update your profile Email ID before submitting any feedback/suggestions to us. Otherwise our support team will not consider your request.

• New Privacy Policy Page:

  There is a change in the context of Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully.

  Fixed the filter and sorting issue in all listing screen.

• Barcode Scan

  You can scan any type of barcode by clicking on the "Scan" button present on Add Product, My Orders, Inventory and Sale’s screen. Just keep the camera static above the barcode you want to scan and in a few second the barcode will be scanned. The scanned barcode will be displayed as SKU number.

• Inventory In and Out

  In inventory tab you can see all the On-Hand information. You can also check detail of the products added into inventory in "In" tab named as "Inventory Added" and all the sold items from inventory in "Out" tab named as "Sold Details". You can find another tab there named as "On-Hand" which will show you all the available items in inventory.

• Define your products in more flexible way

  - Now you can add products with same name. Products only differ by their unique SKU# and SKU# itself is editable.

  - You have the product description field to define color, size, and other information and you can see those information when selling a product

• Sales & Order Changes

  New Note Field:

  You can maintain Sale's note and Order's Note, if you have any in those screen.

  Improved Sales Screen

  Icon to distinguish sales done using inventory and without using inventory.

• All Transactions

  There is a new list linked as "All Transactions" in More tab. This list will provide you all the inventory added items, inventory sold items and sold items when "inventory tracking is off".
